In 2015, Andrew was performing on the Celebrity Silloutette cruise ship and the idea of Clown the World was just percolating in his head. One day, as the ship was headed to St. Petersburg, Russia, one of the guitarists on the ship, Gordon Daniels, mentions that he and a Brazilian percusionist are headed to a children's home to perform some music for the kids and invites Andrew to join them.  So the next day, off the three of them went to perfom for the Russian children and in a way the first Clown the World show happened.
